I utilize an integrative approach, combining relational psychotherapy, attachment based work, mindfulness, breathwork, somatics, and internal family systems. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I also offer licensure supervision to fellow therapists pursuing their LCSW.
