Are you seeking treatment, but finding it very difficult? The decision to seek treatment is often very difficult, yet a necessary choice. For the last 30 years I have been providing a non-judgmental arena to work on a variety of issues to include but not limited to addiction, anger, gambling, co-occurring disorders, behavioral concerns, depression and anxiety.
I work with adults and adolescents providing individualized therapy taking the whole person into consideration. Utilizing a strengths based approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness skills we will work together to address your needs. I also provide evaluations for substance abuse and mental health.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and families who struggle with anger, addiction, process addictions (Gambling/ Sex- Addiction) and those with co-occurring Mental Health and Addiction. I look forward to working with you. I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor for individuals working towards their Clinical License.
