The LifeSTAR program is a virtual treatment program to help individuals who struggle with sexual addiction and other unwanted sexually compulsive behaviors. Each phase builds on the previous one for a long-term and comprehensive approach to eliminating compulsive sexual behaviors. The LifeSTAR program is a nationally recognized treatment program that is run by licensed therapists who are trained in sexual addiction recovery. Participants receive workbooks and other materials to help them in their recovery work. The phases are designed to gently uncover and heal those patterns that create and maintain addictive behaviors.

I am passionate about helping people get "unstuck" in life, relationships, and business. I believe everyone has the potential to create their best self, the healthiest version of themselves, and live the life they desire. Often times, because of challenges, pain, disappointments, and the hard "stuff" in life, people, including myself, get stuck and having a hard time moving forward. Hopelessness, depression, anxiety, sadness, low motivation, frustration, high-stress, and irritability are some of the emotions we may experience during these seasons. It can have a negative impact on our relationships, our work, and overall well-being.

I currently do not have availability for regular therapy and am only accepting assessments for adult autism and ADHD. As we grow up, we develop relationships that grow and change. We have relationships with loved ones, strangers, and broader systems that impact our lives. This approach also aims to treat the underlying issues rather than solely focusing on the problem itself. I utilize a reality-based approach to treatment by using therapies that help clients establish greater control over their lives while enhancing the ability to build meaningful and effective relationships.
