I am passionate about helping people get "unstuck" in life, relationships, and business. I believe everyone has the potential to create their best self, the healthiest version of themselves, and live the life they desire. Often times, because of challenges, pain, disappointments, and the hard "stuff" in life, people, including myself, get stuck and having a hard time moving forward. Hopelessness, depression, anxiety, sadness, low motivation, frustration, high-stress, and irritability are some of the emotions we may experience during these seasons. It can have a negative impact on our relationships, our work, and overall well-being.
I help by partnering with you to discover your ideal outcome, solutions, strengths, and work with you to create new patterns in your life. I use a holistic approach to counseling, utilizing cognitive-behavioral methodologies, values based philosophy, solution focused & strength-based psychology, and positive psychology. I am also an ICF Certified Coach.
