My intent within my practice is create a safe space for all of your experiences. I have been dedicated to providing community mental health interventions for the past 10 years. I have extensive training and experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy, stage-based trauma therapy, LGBTQIA-affirmative therapy, and couples and family therapy.
