My intent within my practice is create a safe space for all of your experiences. I have been dedicated to providing community mental health interventions for the past 10 years. I have extensive training and experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy, stage-based trauma therapy, LGBTQIA-affirmative therapy, and couples and family therapy. I provide an integrative theoretical approach and I believe in utilizing creative modalities for my clients. For those in the San Antonio area, I do offer walk and talk in person sessions. Please feel free to email me for a consult to learn more about this modality.
My primary focus in my practice is to build relational trust and confidence within yourself and the world around you. I specialize in trauma-informed therapeutic interventions, grief therapy, and adolescent mental health. I practice from a relational and collaborative lens and I am both warm and empowering in my approach.
I believe in the power of therapy to increase empowerment and wellness. I am dedicated to sharing space with you through your challenges and fostering trust with you as you work towards your goals. I believe that therapy is a healing and relational journey and I look forward to joining you exactly where you are.
