Witnessing the strength and resiliency of individuals in all phases of life through tough times has inspired me for over 20 years of working as a therapist. I enjoy partnering with clients as they gain skills and strategies to overcome and improve difficulties of depression, anxiety and trauma.

I work with anxiety disorders (OCD, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, body dysmorphic disorder), depression and grief, addictions, trauma and attachment issues. Treatment for every individual is personalized. Depending on age and treatment needs, I find psychodynamic, ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Child-Centered Play Therapy, along with other needed modalities for a better self.

Haley works with clients on anxiety, depression, trauma informed care, EMDR, life transitions, peer related pressures, social pressures, self-acceptance and self-esteem related areas of treatment. Haley graduated in 2017 from Utah State University with a bachelor of science in English. She attended the university on scholarship as an ambassador, where she would visit local high schools and prepare students to attend Utah State. Haley's experiences as a youth, a college ambassador and student, and now as a wife and mother have lead Haley to help others to navigate life's complexities.

I specialize in working with people who are navigating a faith transition, or who are dealing with trauma / PTSD (including religious trauma). In these situations, feelings of depression, anger, and anxiety are common. I regularly use EMDR in my sessions, which is extremely effective with these issues. I also have extensive training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, and offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy in my office. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for healing, both in-person, and in virtual visits. I would love to be part of your journey toward peace and happiness.

I work and have specialized training with children, teens, young adults and adults. I treat anxiety, depression, life changes and challenges, self-worth and self-esteem, stress, childhood issues, and school performance or difficulties. Through my lived experiences through the education system and with family members; I work with my clients in a personalized way in achieving their life goals.

I will be the person my clients can count on, believe in, trust, and encourage them to keep going and keep hoping.

My passion is to connect with kids that is more natural and comfortable. It can be hard and uncomfortable for kids to "talk" about personal and difficult emotions. Because of this, my focus is on utilizing expressive therapies to help children sort through and process emotions and events through art, playing games, structured and unstructured play, etc. all while helping them to identify their own strengths, how to use those strengths to overcome the challenges they are facing, and work toward an optimistic future!

Life is beautiful and we are capable of exploring all aspects of it: the good and the difficult. Both things are necessary to become a strong and better "us"!
