My therapy style pulls from several different approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, but my approach is always person-centered and strengths-focused. I believe every person who walks into my office has the right and need to be validated, supported, and valued.
My office is a safe space where you can come as you are and leave feeling accepted as you are. It is also a place you can come to make lasting and effective changes. Lastly, it is a place you can guarantee will not give up hope on you."
