I work and have specialized training with children, teens, young adults and adults. Through my lived experiences through the education system and with family members; I work with my clients in a personalized way in achieving their life goals.
My Therapeutic approach through CBT and DBT theories is very personalized to each person. I prefer a person-centered theory because it allows the client to do their own work around different struggles or issues that may arise. I believe that we are all capable of learning new habits that can help us answer our own difficult questions.
Working in the business field for years and later making my way into an education profession, and now as a counselor, I have always had a passion for helping people move forward, learn, and be the best they can be in their individual journey.
