I have over twenty-five years in the mental health profession. I have worked in a variety of positions providing alcohol and drug counseling, marital and family therapy, individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults. I have been employed with some of the major mental health centers in Memphis and Shelby County such as Northeast Community Mental Health Center, Midtown Mental Health Center and Southwest Mental Health Center. I specialize in working with marital issues, relationships issues, children and adolescents disorders, Trauma issues, occupational problems, and other major life issues.

Brian Kjelvik is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) in the state of Tennessee with over 6 years of experience assisting clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting struggles, career challenges, divorce, loss, and emotional abuse. Brian earned his Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Austin Peay State University. His approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness.

Angela Arnold is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience. She provides counseling services for children and families of all ages and from diverse backgrounds, as well as military families and immigrants. She is passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, grief, loss, major medical issues, and end-of-life concerns. Angela completed her Master of Science in Social Work at the University of Tennessee, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Antioch University, and also attained Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) status in Oregon and California.

Lindsey Foxx is a Licensed Counselor with years of experience. She specializes in treating frustration tolerance, depression, stress, anxiety, parenting problems, motivation and self-confidence issues. She also has experience working with individuals who have experienced mental or physical trauma.

Shawna Bearden-Allagas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience working with adults in the mental health field. She is passionate about working with adults exhibiting signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety, sexual and physical trauma, and substance use. Her focus is on empowering individuals to live their best life.
