I am a Licensed Counselor with years of experience. I specialize in treating frustration tolerance, depression, stress, anxiety, parenting problems, motivation, and self-confidence issues. I also have experience working with individuals who have experienced mental or physical trauma.
I completed my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. My approach utilizes principles from structural psychology and combines visual processing and art intervention with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFT), individual psychology, mindfulness, and more.
