Angela Arnold is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience. She provides counseling services for children and families of all ages and from diverse backgrounds, as well as military families and immigrants. She is passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, grief, loss, major medical issues, and end-of-life concerns. Angela completed her Master of Science in Social Work at the University of Tennessee, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Antioch University, and also attained Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) status in Oregon and California.
Angela believes in the innate capabilities of each client to achieve their best self. She views the client and counselor as a team and has an eclectic, humanistic counseling approach that utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions.
