Hi! I’m Ashley, and my mission is to help individuals and couples navigate life’s difficulties to become the best possible versions of themselves. Both my clinical and personal experiences have taught me that, though we cannot control everything, we can control our behaviors, perspectives, beliefs, actions, and HEALING. I plan to equip you with the tools needed to promote your overall well-being and facilitate lasting positive change. In addition, I run a support group for women struggling with infertility.

Lynn Falk is a Candidate in Counseling (CIC) who is passionate about helping children, tweens, adolescents, and adults cope with strong emotions, depression, anxiety, transitions, low self-esteem, questions of identity, conflict, and relationship issues. Lynn has a background as a teaching artist. Whether a client is looking for short-term solutions or long-term support, Lynn will listen and engage with empathy, respect, cultural sensitivity, and humility to help move clients toward hope, healing, and happiness.

I aspire to make the world, or at least our little microcosm, a more kind and loving place. I believe therapy can help us become better versions of ourselves, deepen connection with each other, and bring more kindness to our relationships. Our innate capacity to heal and grow, both within and in relation with others, is strengthened by the guidance of genuine human connection.

I have spent 30 years helping individuals, couples and families address issues of substance abuse, co-dependency, adult children of substance abuse as well as the many life issues that contributed to these problems. As an expert in these areas, I love nothing more than helping others with these challenges. There is so much more to addiction and recovery than just not using. And even if a person has never used, just being in a dysfunctional family can lead to a lifetime of problems. I recognize the courage needed to reach out for help – and I know that it is worth the risk.

Nick Herrick is a clinician operating out of Media, PA who has enjoyed helping clients find and walk their path toward healing since graduating from Thomas Jefferson University's Couple and Family Therapy program in 2011. While his training and early work revolved around empowering couples and families to better navigate the relational struggles they face, he also has extensive experience treating anxiety and depression in individuals and is very willing to assist clients seeking a one on one focus.

We effectively work with individuals with addiction & mental health issues which include depression, anxiety, stress, anger, sexual abuse, low self-esteem, impulsivity, trauma, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorder, schizophrenia, codependency, & relationship issues. Lauren Morris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. The breadth of Lauren's experience has been providing client-centered, strength-based individual therapy to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, mood disorders, grief and loss, and trauma. Lauren completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh and her Master of Social Work (MSW) at West Chester University. Her relatability and compassion provides a safe and nonjudgmental space where vulnerabilities and experiences can be shared.

We’re in an age of overwhelm. I help clients develop healthy self-compassion as they balance responsibilities and relationships with the cumulative stress of unresolved traumas and/or the current economic, political, and environmental crises. When we explore patterns in our boundaries, families, and relationships, we can reveal deeper truths and unmet needs, and are empowered to make changes that promote safety and reduce the feeling of being stuck.
