I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience in providing individual and couples psychotherapy. I focus on relationships, first and foremost, on the one you have with yourself. The work I do in my practice is about restoring the flow of love in relationships where it got stuck due to childhood wounds, individual or collective trauma. When seen or unseen family stories we follow in our lives are brought to the day light and reprocessed together, a new life energy and a new story can start unfolding. I tend to track emotion, body, history and what happens in here and now of each session closely as we work.
I believe in the healing power of spoken words and center my work around creating a safe, compassion-filled therapeutic space where you can speak freely, be real and express yourself meaningfully each session. I cherish moments of connectedness and seek to understand a person in their complexity within the context of their ancestral and cultural wisdom.

The Family Constellation process can offer a new direction in your personal growth journey by providing you with a three-dimensional, embodied map of hidden old loyalties that can be at play in your relationships. Feel free to bring any small or big life challenge you wish to explore. No prior experience is necessary. I offer a brief phone consultation if you are interested in learning more.
