I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. The breadth of my experience includes providing client-centered, strength-based individual therapy to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, mood disorders, grief and loss, and trauma. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh and my Master of Social Work (MSW) at West Chester University. My relatability and compassion provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where vulnerabilities and experiences can be shared.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process, focusing on the uniqueness of each individual and couple. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed techniques.
I am passionate about partnering with individuals and couples to achieve positive and lasting changes in their lives.
