Being a parent seems harder everyday. After trying everything, nothing seems to work. It feels helpless. Is there anything you can do? I am trained as a systemic therapist, trauma informed and attachment oriented with a strong belief in the power of relationships. I have experience working with singles, couples and families with a variety presenting problems, such as self harm, aggression, child violence, anxiety, depression, conflictive relationships and chronic medical problems.

Coming to therapy can be the first step towards change and growth. It can also feel risky and provoke anxiety.
