You're wanting to feel alive and comfortable in your own skin, but you find yourself freezing up or overwhelmed with images from the past or stuck in ways you can't explain. While talking about it can be helpful, if you're dealing with a trauma or ingrained stress response, it gets stuck in the body and talking alone doesn't unlock the trauma patterns in the body. Body-based modalities combined with talking really help to unwind trauma patterns. If you come see me, we won't only sit in chairs talking.

He also obtained an Associate's degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling from Southern State Community College. Jeremy has been working in inpatient and outpatient treatment centers treating clients for substance use disorders as well as mental health disorders. His experience is in working with adults.

She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Wright State University and received her Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. Michelle Davis is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. She received a Master's of Social Work and a Bachelor's in Human Development from California State University, San Marcos. Michelle has been practicing since 2017. She has previous experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families in wraparound and community mental health settings. Michelle views clients through a client centered and trauma informed lens and has advanced training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her main areas of focus include anxiety, depression, behavior/oppositional defiance and trauma.

Joshua Minnich is a licensed professional clinical counselor with several years of clinical experience. He received his master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Studies from University of Dayton.
