I have extensive training in mood regulation through dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I have worked with those diagnosed with OCD utilizing Acceptance Commitment therapy and ERP. I have some experience with Radically Open DBT also.

Drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing, I guide you in building emotional regulation, resilience, and satisfaction, helping you transform your emotional experience and cultivate contentment.
