I am Josh Shuman, PsyD, ABPP, a Board Certified clinical psychologist serving the Dayton area. What therapy with me is like: Solution-focused and encouraging. We'll go at the pace that you set. You won’t only hear “How does that make you feel?” in therapy with me. I will also help you learn the skills necessary to survive- even thrive- through your worst times. Collaboratively, we will do this together. How: We'll work together to identify your strengths, your mental and emotional “stuck points,” and where you can benefit from self-care and new ways of thinking and feeling that you may not have considered before.
