I provide therapy and psychological evaluation for varied problems, including anxiety, panic disorder, social fears, work stress, depression, PTSD, moodiness, and career indecision. A goal is to keep the client moving forward in their job, school, or in their personal relationships while managing symptoms. In-office visits are available. I have much experience with gifted, students, the military and their families, special forces of all branches, engineering and technical workers, law enforcement personnel, pre-surgical evaluations, security evaluations, diagnostic assessment, panic disorder, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.

I specialize in the evaluation of children and adolescents with learning, attention, developmental, social, emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. If you or your child is struggling in school or with general day to day life functioning, a comprehensive assessment can help determine the reason for these difficulties and establish a suitable course of treatment. In New York State, I maintain licensure as a Psychologist as well as certification in School Psychology. There are often subtle cognitive or neuropsychological issues that help explain where their issues are coming from and it is very fulfilling to help clients identify those issues and either resolve or work around them.

For over 25 years, I have provided forensic consultation to New York State and Federal courts on criminal, family, and civil matters. Also, I see patients on a regular basis for neuropsychological testing to evaluate the effects of brain trauma, learning disabilities, and ADD on everyday living. In addition, sex offender work-ups (which include computer-based testing and clinical polygraph) are offered through my practice (NY Forensic) for the purpose of risk assessment and dispositional recommendations for the court.
