My passion for families began earlier in my career as I had the opportunity to support families with a special needs child as their family advocate. This led me to see the importance of strengthening the family system through developing healthy communication skills, conflict resolution, trauma work and being the bridge for the family and the multiple providers that were part of their team. I don't believe there is an "ideal" client only someone that has courage to walk through the doors, share their story, and work collaboratively to find healing and joy within themselves. I love working with individuals and the family system.

I aim to help my clients understand their current challenges, notice their thoughts and emotions, and learn to be open minded to responding in a healthy manner. I help my clients think of therapy like a GPS, I provide them with tools to help reach their destination while facing life's challenges.

My experience is in working with individuals on a variety of needs from career and life counseling to more complex mental health needs, such as living with and managing anxiety & depression.
