I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received my master’s degree in social service management from Bryn Mawr College. I am certified in Child and Family Well-being and a certified trauma-informed care trainer. I specialize in women's health/OBGYN, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, dual diagnosis, cancer recovery, chronic illness, career support and work-related stress. My professional experience is eclectic, and my expertise as a therapist is grounded in my ability to work with all types of people and address their current needs.

I am a clinical psychologist with over 30 years experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor and teacher. I work with adults and adolescents as individuals, couples and families. You can come for 6 sessions of problem focused treatment, work on relationship issues or explore issues related to long term recovery from addictive disorders. The goal is to find a way to be your true self.

I am a licensed psychotherapist with 18 years of clinical experience working in the mental health and addiction field. I have worked with a wide variety of populations. I have helped individuals overcome anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, life stressors, trauma, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Treatment modalities are determined by the needs of the individual. I provide a warm, nonjudgemental approach and work together with my clients to accomplish success.

Becoming a psychotherapist has always been my dream. I enjoy the positive rapport I am able to build with my clients and the support I am able to provide to those who may need it most. I have been in the Social Work field for 10+ years and have extensive experience working with those affected by homelessness, incarceration, severe and persistent mental illness and substance abuse.
