Whether you're seeking therapy for the first time, returning to therapy, or searching for a new therapist, I recognize that this is not the easiest process and applaud you for taking this step! I have 12+ years of experience working in individual and group therapy settings. My wide range of experience consists of working with individuals coping with depression, anxiety, relationship stressors, life transitions and stress, self-esteem, grief/loss, anger, trauma, crisis intervention, and co-occurring disorders in a variety of settings.
We will work collaboratively in identifying your goals and will incorporate techniques best suited for you. I will then guide you through the process of healing and personal growth by increasing self-awareness, processing emotional pain, changing thoughts and behaviors, and/or implementing coping skills.
