Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been practicing for 9 years. Throughout my career, I have completed trainings in several evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Gottman and Dialectical Behavior therapy.
I work with individuals who are experiencing life transitions, stressors, depression, anxiety, and any event or circumstance that may have caused them to to be off their baseline.
