Unfortunately, I am not able to accept new clients at this time - Hello, I’m Nicole, a therapist licensed to practice in Texas and offering teletherapy. I have experience treating many issues, including childhood trauma, strategies to manage ADHD, and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors such as skin-picking and hair-pulling. I am a proud social and racial justice advocate, LGBTQ+ ally, sex positive, and HAES- and poly-affirming. My primary approach to therapy is relational and client-centered, meaning I believe that the therapist/client relationship is central and that each individual client is the expert on their own life.
I help guide my clients to look deeper within and listen to what they want and need, in order to find what works best for them and better understand themselves. I provide a safe space and compassionate/non-judgmental presence. I ask thought-provoking questions and gently point out other ways of thinking about a situation.
I am passionate about helping individuals explore who they are and what they want, and begin to heal old wounds. I believe that life is an ongoing process of growth and change and becoming - with the possibility of evolving into better versions of ourselves over time.
