Additionally, I possess specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). One notable feature of ART is that clients can substitute their negative images with positive ones without the necessity of discussing the specifics of their trauma with the therapist. ART operates as a procedural, yet creative, approach, where the client maintains significant control over the process, with the ART Therapist serving as a supportive guide.
