You may be feeling sad most days or have experienced anxiety attacks that are preventing you from experiencing your best life. I understand the difficulties of trying to feel put together. We will explore the versions of what may be preventing you from experiencing inner peace while encouraging the emergence of your true self.
I have worked with individuals who feel depressed, anxious and who are coping with PTSD. My approaches are informed by Psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Self-Psychology and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Techniques. I pledge to bring compassion, respect and kindness to all who choose to do this incredible work.
