I don't believe in the "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" mentality, and absolutely think this life is not meant to be lived through suffering or battling your demons alone. We as humans, are meant to live in connection with each other. I want to help, and I have ample experience to do so, whether it be through personal or academic.
My ideal client is someone who wants to come in and make changes but is struggling to find how to get started. I find that I work best with clients who are 12 and older who are struggling with interpersonal conflict, anxiety and depression. My approach is to be as relatable to you as possible and encourage you to feel comfortable trusting me with your questions and concerns.
I am proud of you for taking this first step to work on YOU! Have you been stressed out, depressed, full of anxiety, hopeless, just need someone to talk with? I am here for you! I want to hold that safe space that everyone longs for, that place that you can come and release or process the things from your past, present, or future. I want to give you that unconditional, non-judgemental, positive space for you to think, breath, cry, or just be, to feel what you need. You deserve to feel safe!
