Over the course of the lifespan, we naturally experience higher and lower periods, a mild roller-coaster that ebbs and flows as we grow. In addition to life’s natural roller-coaster, many encounter depression, heightened anxiety, or traumatic experiences that cause greater difficulties in life. Therapy is for both the natural ebbs and flows of life to assist with helpful coping strategies to encounter the changes that life brings and for those who are experiencing greater mental health difficulties.
My name is Amy Graham, and I am a mental health counselor who provides therapeutic services using a Person- Centered/ Humanistic approach, acknowledging that every client is their own expert on their life and treatment is unique for each individual person. I treat a variety of mental health issues and diagnoses with adolescents and adults.
