I am excited to continue my work in Chadron and the surrounding communities. I work with individuals age birth and up. I have specialized in trauma, including physical abuse, sexual abuse, and witnessing violence. I hold certifications in CPP, PCIT, & COSP I work closely with children and adults in order to help you identify your goals and walk with you on the journey of achieving them. I envision counseling as a relationship between two people in which I can provide help in whatever way you need it. I have been in the counseling field for over 13 years and I am able to use that experience to help you in the best way possible.
I have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - which is an evidenced based treatment to help those who have experienced traumatic events. I am trained in PCIT, CPP, and COSP which is used to heal relationships between parents and children. I also use play therapy with my younger clients.
