One of the greatest tragedies I witness is when individuals aren't living their lives to the fullest. Trauma, setbacks, addictions, and life's challenges often hinder us from becoming our true selves. Throughout my experience, I've had the privilege of working with diverse groups. Men, young adults, and veterans have been particularly rewarding to work with. I take an eclectic approach to helping people because I believe therapy shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. My certifications include trauma therapy with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I also integrate Narrative Therapy techniques, complemented by my background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
