It's all about you. Life can feel really hard and we can all feel stuck at times. It's my hope to create a safe space, get to know you, and honor your needs. My goal is to create a safe, low-pressure, and non-judgmental atmosphere and work with you to help you learn skills to feel empowered to make the choices you need to live the life you want. Working together we can set realistic goals and find meaningful solutions to what is troubling you. My hope is that sessions help bring meaning and purpose to your life and you will feel empowered to be your authentic self
I believe in a client-centered holistic approach to helping you. I use several different interventions and theories including DBT, CBT, and Yoga, mindfulness-based therapy/self-compassion techniques, attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy
I believe trust and rapport are at the root of successful therapeutic relationships. My goal is to meet you as you are, where you are, and help you find your authentic self. I'd love to talk and begin helping you down the path of self-healing and wellness.
