I have over 28 years of experience working with individuals of all ages as a social worker and, more recently, a mental health counselor. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am a provisionally licensed alcohol and drug counselor and do substance evaluations.
