Hello! I am so glad you are here. It can take courage to initiate therapy and I am proud of you for taking this first step in finding the right therapist for you. My name is Jessica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I focus primarily on women’s health and am trained in trauma and perinatal mental health. I am also experienced working with domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and other issues within relationships. Lastly, I work with women struggling with stress management, life transitions, and general anxiety. I operate from a trauma informed, strengths-based perspective utilizing several theoretical approaches.

I am an EMDR trained therapist with a certification in Expressive Arts Therapy. With over 10 years of experience as a yoga teacher, I bring a body-centered approach to my counseling work. I am passionate about integrating mind+body awareness with creativity to support mental well-being. I enjoy combining modalities of EMDR and expressive arts therapy. I believe the creative process to be a powerful tool in healing, often incorporating different expressive arts modalities, including writing, dance, movement, poetry, visual journaling, painting, drawing, and others.

My training is in the areas of anxiety and depressive disorders, relationship issues, trauma issues, women’s issues (infertility and postpartum), and developmental transitions. I use a therapeutic approach that reflects eclectic influences derived from my training in cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, person-centered, and family systems. I view problems as generally being developmental in nature, and approach each person, couple, or family in a unique fashion.

Hello, I am Zach Craddock, a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate (LCMHCA). I attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest Edinboro) and earned a master’s in clinical mental health counseling.
