Individuals that come with issues regarding addiction and trauma I am particularly drawn to helping but I work with a broad range of issues, including but not limited to ADHD, generalized anxiety, Impulse control disorders, depression and mood concerns. My ideal client is open toward keeping the focus of treatment on what wellness could be for them, while perceiving problems and symptoms as just obstacles to overcome on the path toward what they really want. Hello, I have been working in therapy, or mental health and addictions recovery, for the past 20 years.
