Every life trauma and struggle can be transformed into strength and beauty. My passion is to work alongside those who are determined to face their pain, fears, and limitations and discover their purpose in life. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, grief, adjustment issues, anxiety, and BPD. Every week, we have a DBT group meeting online. Additionally, I also work with people (artists, and athletes) who wish to develop their performance and creativity.
I use an integrative approach tailored to each individual's needs, including, Brainspotting, EMDR, the Flash Method, existential, and DBT. I am experienced in working with trauma, grief, complex PTSD, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment & cultural issues, and relapse prevention.
Being originally from France, I can accommodate French speakers as well as other internationals who may face cultural challenges. I can, upon request, integrate spirituality from a Jewish and Christian perspective. I hope to meet you soon and see all we can accomplish together.
