As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing individualized care to meet your needs. I've worked with children and adults in the mental health field for over 18 years and individuals with addiction for over 10 years. I've treated individuals with various mental health and substance use disorders. My experience enables me to offer effective, individualized outpatient psychological care. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal challenges and addiction.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths in order to function at their best. We provide a neutral, safe space, while listening to your concerns and customizing a treatment plan to best serve your needs.
