I have an extensive background in severe and chronic psychiatric problems, such as addiction, depression/bipolar, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, and grief/loss. I can help those with chronic issues get to the root cause(s) and develop practical life skills to manage and overcome their symptoms.
I draw heavily from current research on relationships/families, gender issues, addiction, psychiatry, nutrition, and spirituality.
