As a queer cis female, I especially enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, patterns of disordered eating, obsessive thoughts, struggles related to the military lifestyle, and adjustment issues. I also enjoy working specifically with individuals struggling with fertility, prenatal, and postpartum issues. My goal is to create and hold a safe space for you to process your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so that you can learn how to not only cope, but to create an empowered version of yourself moving forward.

I've practiced in mental health for more than 15 years and I still have the same passion I did when I started. I trust that part of the reason that I remain committed to this work is because I practice what I preach. I constantly have to remind myself that I can do hard things and I wake up every day manifesting my purpose.
