Asheville Bereavement honors your grief journey. The days following the death of a loved one can be lonely making it hard to breathe. Because your grief journey is unique, I stay in touch with you a few different ways during the months following the death of your loved one. Our Bereavement Services are available to you or your family as you adjust to this loss.
We will work together to seek a renewed understanding of your life changes moving towards acceptance. I practice using Narrative therapy, Resilient Grieving, and Physiological Hope theory to ignite your ability to respond to traumatic loss. We will find ways for you to grow by becoming more engaged and discovering the new and profound meaning in your life.
If you are ready to take the initial step in the change process I'd love to have an initial phone consultation to see if we could be a good fit to work together. You can reach out to be my phone or email, I am here to listen and walk with you.
