As a maternal-infant mental health psychologist, I'm a pioneer of healing and advocacy for instances of birth and death trauma. I have experience helping adult clients navigate a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and attachment concerns, Termination For Medical Reasons, stillbirth, and perinatal pregnancy challenges. It's not within my power to erase your grief, but I can accompany you, offering you the support needed to navigate your way toward healing.
Using narrative therapy, resilient grief, and physiological hope theory, we will work together to seek a renewed understanding of your life changes and move toward acceptance. These therapeutic approaches are designed to ignite your ability to respond to transitions and find ways to grow and explore new perspectives.

Perinatal Bereavement Support Group
Perinatal Bereavement Support Group is for individuals or families who have experienced the loss of a baby through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth or newborn death. The group is open to anyone who has experienced a loss regardless of how long ago the loss occurred.
