I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to help my clients reach their personal goals. I also utilize existential counseling and multicultural counseling. In addition to seeing clients in-person in Knoxville, I am also available online to all adult residents of TN.
