Empathy is the experience of understanding another persons thoughts, feelings, and conditions from their point of view. I work hard at doing this with every individual and their unique experiences. I work with all ages and genders and have an eclectic therapeutic philosophy with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). With this, we work on changing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be the cause to the underlying issue. My specialties include helping with anxiety, grief, anger, depression, phobias, and any day-to-day life crises.
