In my practice, I strive to meet my clients where they are and work on building a meaningful connection. I have over 10 years’ experience working as a Licensed Music Therapist in MD. In my work, I have focused on an individual’s sense of self and the relationships they have with others. I also prioritize this in my work as a Mental Health Therapist Intern. I am supervised by a fully licensed clinician which creates a treatment team to address issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment, and many other problems or concerns that are interfering with ones daily life. We will work together to help you obtain overall wellness.

I strongly identify with a humanistic philosophy of being person-centered when trying to fully understand and assess my clients. In my work, I also use Evidence-Based and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy among other treatments to assist my clients with reflection and processing thoughts and feelings. I will work with you to ensure you achieve your goals.

My goal in treatment is to give individuals a safe space to unburden themselves from difficult situations without judgement. My purpose is to help my clients become who/what they aspire to be. I believe in people's innate ability to heal, change, and grow.
