My passion is attachment, relationships, and development and their impact on functioning throughout one’s life. I find encouragement in my work through helping others find hope, strength, and healing within their environment and relationships.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) and have been in the mental health field since 2016. My passion began after noticing struggles with my family, friends, and the community. My therapeutic approach is to meet you where you're at and to provide a safe environment to assist you in finding ways to live a healthier and happier life. Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, mental health care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. We provide individual and family therapy. I am a clinically certified trauma professional as well as an LPCC and an LADC. I am able to help clients recognize and develop coping skills to help them manage their mental health symptoms and their chemical dependency issues. I am able to help clients recognize where their possible trauma has settled within their body. I assist clients in developing awareness of their minds and body and become more mindful of their whole sense of self. No one wants to suffer and if they are, I am able to help them identify what is causing their suffering and work through it or provide them with the tools to do so once they are on their own.

Walking along aside others in their journey to help them find hope and healing is something I am passionate about. I value relationships and strive to build a comfortable space for those I work with to process events in their life, find strength in themselves and develop a deeper connection with those in their life. I value supporting people in a variety of age groups, from infancy and early childhood to adulthood, who have experienced stressful or traumatic events find healing and strength.

Whether it's related to sexuality and gender, challenging relationships, trauma, codependency or a major life transition, my intention is to help you find the compassion, bravery and motivation to show up for yourself, in the ways you feel are best. As a queer, non-binary, survivor; I bring the knowledge and empathy of my lived experience to the therapeutic relationship.

I understand how being non-judgemental and supportive can assist the client in having a safe space for them to explore their emotions. I mainly work with Personality disorders, trauma, self-harm, suicidality, mood disorders, self-direction, and behavior disorders.

Once we are able to get everything out on the table so that I understand your situation, we will work together to target goals and begin the process of reaching those goals. With over 20 years of mental health experience, I have worked closely with individuals, couples, families and teens on a variety of issue. I have had the privilege of hearing peoples stories and helping them gain insight and tools along their journey.

You can expect to learn techniques to reduce worry and stressors related to anxiety and depression. In therapy we can work together to address life transitions. Some examples include: college stressors, a change in career, a significant loss, or change in relationships. In addition, if you have been impacted by abuse we can work to develop ways to cope with the events and prevent the events from impacting day to day functioning.
