I will apply current neurological research to treat a variety of disorders and problems including anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment and bonding, relationship challenges, parenting issues, stress, self esteem, personality disorders and trauma. I am trained in methods of play therapy for working with children whose language is play. I have training in personality disorder management and treatment, and work with individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse.
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over ten years of experience specializing in working with children, adults and families ages 5 and up. I apply various theoretical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family therapy, mindfulness-based interventions and play therapy.
