I help individuals navigate the complex landscapes of derealization, depersonalization, panic disorder, and religious deconstruction. I also assist clients who have experienced past trauma and bring a compassionate, patient, warm, and nonjudgmental approach; viewing each client as a whole person, with past experiences shaping their present moment.
With my master's degree in Community and Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University, I employ an eclectic and holistic approach tailored to each client and their needs. Drawing from and utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS), Shadow Work (jungian), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and somatic interventions.
