Therapy & Self Care is not a one-size-fits-all. My goal in therapy is to create space for personalized mind-body regulation with individual consultations that serve as a bridge from problem to solution. This process includes personalized assessment, affirming action plans, compassionate accountability & awareness support along the way, that we all need to make change last. I am a Licensed Therapist, Certified Meditation Teacher, and Certified Instructional Designer. I also have experience in patient health education, clinical and creative writing, and employee wellness.
I have 14 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Art Therapist, including over 5 years of working in telehealth. I am passionate about bringing mindfulness and meditation into the clinical space, where I believe it can have a larger impact on the treatment of mental health disorders.
As a member of the Great Lakes Psychology Group network, I have a team standing by Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Eastern available to help schedule an appointment and answer billing and insurance questions.
