I enjoy working with children adolescents and adults using a variety of eclectic therapeutic strategies to best match the individual mental health needs of each client. I am also a registered yoga teacher and find that many people benefit from yoga as an adjunct to therapies I provide.

I have provided individual, family, couples, and group therapy. I have extensive knowledge in helping individuals and families understand specific strengths and weaknesses through completing neuropsychological/psychological assessments for various ages (2-100). I work with individual adults dealing with conflict, depression, anxiety, past/present trauma, relationship or family issues, or difficult life transitions. West Rose also has clinicians available to offer reduced fee services (i.e., $75 per session) for individual adult and adolescent clients.
