Everyone has a story to tell. Our experiences are what make us unique. We may not be able to change the experiences from our past, however, through our work together, we can make sure that they do not define our future. I’m here to listen without judgement, offer support, and encourage self reflection. I provide a safe space to confront whatever it is that may be holding you back from living your life to the fullest.
I have a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan. I am a trauma informed therapist certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. In addition to EMDR, I use an eclectic approach pulling from a variety of evidence based practices to meet the needs of each individual's therapeutic goals.
