I am a trauma informed therapist certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. In addition to EMDR, I use an eclectic approach pulling from a variety of evidence based practices to meet the needs of each individual's therapeutic goals. I am also CISM trained and specialize in working with first responders.
