About
I believe that therapy is a personal journey. I provide clients with a safe and non-judgmental environment that allows them to contemplate and explore all aspects of themselves. This contemplation and exploration allows clients to identify their own strengths and weaknesses. Once these areas are identified clients can work on fostering their strengths and begin to focus on overcoming internal barriers that may be impeding them from reaching their fullest potential.
Relationships and experiences are the foundation for future relationships and experiences. By exploring these relationships clients are able to identify patterns that may continue to repeat themselves. I recognize that every client is an individual and use an eclectic blend of therapies to find the right fit for each client's needs.
Do you find yourself feeling shame or guilt about things that you have done or not done? Maybe you have not done something that you wanted to do because you were afraid that you would not succeed. Learn how to get out of the shame spiral and be the person that you want to be.
